About the Role As a Vehicle Paint Technician at Steer, you’ll work on a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, to deliver exceptional paintwork. Your responsibilities will include: Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, and masking vehicle surfaces in readiness for painting. Paint Application: Mixing and applying paint to exact vehicle specifications using advanced spray guns and tools. Spray Booth Operations: Ensuring flawless results by expertly using our spray booth. Quality Assurance: Meeting the highest standards of precision and customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Working closely with your team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
