Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for a new challenge, or are you looking to start your career in healthcare within an organisation that actively promotes health and well-being and development for their staff?
Longleat Ward is a nurse-led 25 bedded dementia-friendly unit within Warminster hospital which specialises in rehabilitation and sub-acute care. You will be working within a diverse team consisting of Healthcare Assistants, Nurse Associates, Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Support Workers, Nurse Consultants, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and Doctors. You will be actively involved in the rehabilitation and care of our patients from admission to discharge.
Main duties of the job
Full training will be provided. There are also numerous opportunities to develop your skills and we will provide Continuing Professional Development to enhance your clinical skills and to keep your skills up-to-date.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths & English grade D or above or Level 1 functional skills in Literacy & Numeracy
* QCF or NVQ Level 2 in a health-related subject
* Care Certificate
Experience
* Experience of working in a care / health role.
