Campaign Manager – Wigan and Home Working
As the Group embarks on its new 3-year strategic cycle, this is an exciting time to join both the Company and the Marketing team. As a hands-on Campaign Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of client and candidate campaigns – working with challenging and diverse sectors across multiple brands.
To be successful in the role you’ll have a detail orientated and data-driven approach to marketing underpinned by a creative touch, with experience working across concurrent campaigns, to drive conversion and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Design and deliver creative and successful marketing campaigns with clear, measurable outcomes for the NRL Group’s products and services, including those that we deliver on behalf of clients.
2. Working with your peers in the Marketing team, build, test, and review campaign materials, via a range of on and offline channels including websites, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and events.
3. Identify and recommend opportunities to raise awareness of NRL’s expertise and services.
4. Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
5. Act as the internal champion for the campaign and its associated deliverables and ensure all milestones (both financial and time) are met.
6. Compile internal and external reporting to share insight into campaign performance and inform future activity, including ROI.
7. Regular competitor performance and analysis.
Essential Qualities:
8. Graduate 2:1 upwards, with extensive marketing pedigree (3-5 yrs+) and evidence of working in a fully integrated Marketing team.
9. Proven ownership of end-to-end integrated campaigns including ideas, planning, execution, and attribution reporting.
10. Self-motivated, keen to test and apply new approaches with a focus on continual improvement and UX.
11. Experience of digital media tactics (DOOH) would be desirable but not essential.
12. Creative and commercial approach to projects supported by sound task planning and management.
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail whilst working to time constraints and under pressure.

15. Confident, credible and professional with an emphasis on collaborative working – both in the Marketing team and the wider business.
16. Recruitment or sector specific experience desirable but not essential.
