Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and circumstances.
Develop, implement, and review individual care plans in partnership with children and families.
Collaborate with education, health, and other social care professionals to coordinate services for children.
Advocate for the rights and interests of children and young people within the care system.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to ensure positive outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to families to promote resilient family dynamics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation according to established protocols.
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker status and a valid Social Work registration in Wales.
Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social care context.
Strong understanding of child protection legislation and relevant policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
Proficient in assessing risk and making informed decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and foster productive relationships.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in social work.

Pay Per Hour: £33.00
