Job summary Previous applicants need not apply Potential Interview Date - 11/03/2025 The post holder will provide clerical and administrative support to enable the Continuing Care team (Continuing Healthcare / Complex Care) to deliver an efficient and effective service, in accordance with the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-Funded Nursing Care October 2022 (Revised) and other relevant local and national guidance. This will involve working closely with all members of the Continuing Care team as well as liaising on a daily basis with members of the public, including patients and their representatives and other professionals (including GPs, Local Authority colleagues and providers. The post holder will work closely with the Continuing Care Management Team, and other members of the Continuing Care Management and Leadership Team to ensure smooth running of the service. Please note that this position is to work 18.75 hours per week, these hours are flexible and for discussion however, there is a requirement to work on a Monday. Main duties of the job Assist with training, advice, and support on own area of responsibility Resolve day-to-day problems independently, using own judgment and analysis of the situation to come to a decision where there are several options or solutions available Ensure administrative resources are deployed as effectively as possible to meet the needs of the service and communicate any issues to senior management within the service Provide regular updates to senior managers within the team as needed, support the function to deliver against agreed metrics, demonstrating improvement where needed Assist with project work, co-ordinating and planning this work as well as contributing as and when required.
