An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Infrastructure, Construction, and Energy (ICE) Disputes Team within a sizeable and growing organisation. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex disputes across a variety of sectors, including energy transition, healthcare, education, commercial developments, transport, and engineering.
About the Role:
* This Tier 1-ranked team is recognised for its market-leading expertise and reputation for handling the most high-value and high-profile disputes in the sector. Acting for a wide range of clients, including institutional investors, public sector bodies, contractors, insurers, and private developers, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
* In this role, you will:
* Work closely with partners and team members on a diverse range of construction, engineering, and energy disputes.
* Provide expert advice on matters including mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation.
* Support the team’s business development initiatives to strengthen client relationships and build new opportunities.
* Deliver a first-class professional service to clients in line with the team’s reputation for excellence.

About You:
* The ideal candidate will be passionate about infrastructure, construction, and energy disputes, with a desire to grow within a thriving and innovative team. To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Excellent legal skills with the ability to apply principles practically and commercially.
* Solid experience or a proven interest in contentious construction and infrastructure disputes.
* Experience in mediations, adjudications, court proceedings, and/or arbitration.
* A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive business development skills and an interest in contributing to the team’s growth.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, alongside a proactive and organised approach to your work.
