Position Overview As a Trustee Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring effective governance and compliance while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities Deliver services to large clients alongside Senior Trustee ExecutivesAct as scheme secretary to a number of Trustee Board and Sub-Committee meetings.Facilitate communication between trustees, company contacts, and advisersManage Trustee effectiveness reviews and coordinate training eventsComplete IDRP, complaint and discretion casesManage margins on fixed fee and time-cost clientsAttend and participate in new business presentationsIdentify, agree upon, and implement service improvementsBuild and maintain effective relationships with clients and contactsCoordinate and review communication strategies, plans, and materialsReview work completed by Trustee Administrators and Assistant ExecutivesMentor, train, and develop colleagues to support their growth Requirements 5-10 years' technical pensions knowledge and experienceProfessional qualifications (e.g., APMI) desirable or actively pursuingStrong commercial acumen and ability to deliver added valueExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsCommitment to ensuring quality, accuracy, and meeting timescalesPassion for delivering exceptional client service
