Our client, a leader in renewable energy based in Leeds, is seeking a Dynamic Sales Support Executive to help drive customer success and team growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Solar Installations: Oversee projects, nurture client relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality completions.
2. Manage Bookings: Schedule priority appointments and partner meetings for the sales team.
3. Client Engagement: Recover post-sale cancellations and re-engage clients who initially declined.
4. Recruitment: Source and onboard skilled professionals for field and call centre roles, building a high-performing team.
5. Team Support: Coach and support the sales team to drive successful deal closures.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, provide actionable insights, and develop personalised coaching strategies.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales, ideally in home improvements.
2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
3. Strong project management abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
