Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven account manager to ensure the success of our events by recruiting and managing relationships with high-level delegates from enterprise brands and retailers. This role is ideal for an exceptional account manager who thrives on building trust, nurturing relationships, and delivering value.
You will play a critical role in attracting the right brands to participate in our hosted meetings programme, ensuring their experience is rewarding and impactful.
Our hosted meetings programme enables approved brands to attend our events at zero cost, and apply for up to $750 in travel reimbursement in exchange for up-to 8 15-minute 1-2-1 meetings at the event.
You'll be working alongside the marketing, events team and our operations department in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment of Brands and Retailers
o Proactively identify and recruit enterprise-level brands and retailers to attend PI LIVE Europe, PI LIVE USA and our Creator Economy events.
o Develop strategies to engage brands, ensuring they see the value in attending and participating in our hosted meetings programme.
2. Relationship Building
o Nurture and maintain relationships with brands, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
o Understand their goals and challenges to ensure our events meet their expectations and deliver tangible benefits.
3. Hosted Meetings Programme
o Ensure recruited brands participate in up to 8 double opt-in, 15-minute meetings with industry professionals.
o Work with the operations team to assist with the logistics of the hosted meetings programme for attending brands, ensuring a seamless experience.
o Meet weekly and monthly attendee acquisition and revenue targets.
4. CRM, Communications and Reporting
o Utilise HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of brand engagement.
o Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and success metrics.
o Build and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversion across key accounts, including producing exciting and original copy.
5. Event Support
o Act as the on-site contact for recruited brands, ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brands receive top-tier service before, during, and after the event.
6. Industry Expertise
o Stay informed about trends and developments in affiliate and partnership marketing to position Hello Partner as a valuable resource for attending brands.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in account management, business development, or event recruitment, ideally within a B2B context.
* Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar platforms to manage pipelines and interactions.
* A proactive and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail.
* Familiarity with affiliate and partnership marketing industries is a plus.
* Willingness to travel and attend events in Europe and the USA.

Location:
This role is based in Bristol where we operate a Hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 from anywhere. This role will require travel to our events and the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
