Salary: £48,139 - £55,000 Per annum D.E.O + Excellent Benefits

HCR is recruiting a Deputy Ward Manager for a creative private healthcare mental health service. The innovative company specializes in Eating Disorders, CAMHS, Acute Elderly Dementia, Specialist Education, and Supported Living. We require a Deputy Ward Manager to join a high-performing, high-tech, innovational CAMHS and Eating Disorder hospital.
Deputy Ward Manager Duties:
1. Provide clinical leadership to the day-to-day management of the nursing team by prioritizing and monitoring the workload, ensuring duties are delegated safely and effectively.
2. Provide expertise and guidance on delivering nursing care.
3. Support recruitment and staff retention.
4. Ensure safe staffing levels across the service are met.
5. Ensure all regulatory standards are being adhered to.
6. Motivate and lead the team to work towards outstanding nursing care levels.

Deputy Ward Manager Requirements:
1. To already be working in a leadership and management role.
2. RMN or RNLD-qualified.
3. Ideally to have a level 4 qualification or higher in leadership and management.
4. Ideally have experience in CAMHS or Eating Disorders.
5. To be an effective communicator.
