We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Belfast site. The Business Support Administrator is responsible for the timely administration of all documentation associated with the contracts. This will include both paper and electronic administration systems. What you will be doing in the role: General administration duties as necessary. Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers. Setting up of new installation projects. Processing and and setting up of small works projects Raising and Approval of Invoices Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.
