Our Elective Access Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Pre-Operative Assessment and are responsible for providing an accurate and timely account of the entire patient pathway on the Patient Management system.
You will communicate and liaise with key personnel working within the UHB and as well as external health boards and agencies in order to expedite the patient pathway and provide information on breaches. The post holder will Co-ordinate, manage, organise and deliver designated Theatre lists across the UHB following RTT guidelines.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Elective Access Coordinator, to join our team based in our Lakeside offices. You will be part of a friendly team working in a busy department to ensure that the administration and co-ordination of the organisations surgical waiting lists are carried out to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and IT ability. The post holder must be able to use their own initiative and also work efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
