The MEP Manager job role itself where you will oversee Mechanical Electrical Plumbing aspects of projects through design and construction phases. More specifically:
1. Review the issued design information for completeness and clarity. Raise RFIs where required to ensure that the MEP sub-contractors are provided with timely and accurate information to allow installation to progress in line with the agreed programme.
2. Review tender packages in conjunction with the appropriate project QS to ensure that there are no scope gaps and that tenderers have correctly interpreted the drawings and specifications and made the correct allowances. Review schedules of rates and plant and material costs in conjunction with the QS team.
3. Arrange and chair regular sub-contractor progress meetings for each of the five sub-projects comprising the overall project. Prepare and circulate notes with clearly identified and timebound action points.
