Marketing and Office Administrator
Location: Preston fully onsite
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent 30 to 37.5 hrs per week
Are you an enthusiastic and talented individual with skills in marketing and office administration? Our client, a well-established architect firm based in Preston, is seeking a Marketing Administrator / Office Administrator to join their team. If you are passionate about creating compelling social media, coordinating marketing activities, and administration within the office while working in a dynamic environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Researching project histories, practice procedures, and general business requirements in support of bids
2. Producing and updating practice brochures
3. Developing and executing the marketing plan for the business in consultation with the practice partners
4. Preparing and issuing social media posts, website updates, and press releases
5. Coordinating and submitting architectural award entries
6. Planning and coordinating events
7. Keeping the practice directory up to date and maintaining a good working knowledge of our client base
8. Management and coordination of content for bid submissions and competitions
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in bid writing and/or marketing administration is highly desirable
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Valid driving licence
