PMO Analyst
* Hybrid - with three days travel into London
* £400 per day
* 18 month programme
Investigo are seeking a proactive PMO Analyst to join our client's Finance Transformation team to help coordinate the ongoing project reporting across their team. The successful applicant will support the team in projects, training, performance management, and operations through driving standardised reporting and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate best practices sharing to streamline processes and enhance collaboration
* Conduct thorough testing and provide feedback on new finance processes, IT applications, and dashboards prior to roll-out
* Create clear and user-friendly documentation and training materials for new energy tools, facilitating seamless adoption
* Gather and ensure completion of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive performance improvement
* Deliver reports and analysis based on findings
Candidate Requirements:
* 3-4 years' experience working in a PMO Support role
* Previously used Jira
* An understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles would be beneficial
* The ability to work independently and manage deadlines is essential
* A 'can do' attitude as well as being practical
