Assistant Manager
Salary: £13,420.80 per annum
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
Location: Strood, ME2 4TP

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will have a background in retail and experience in the retail environment. You will work alongside the shop manager to manage staff and volunteers, drive sales to achieve targets and assist in recruitment, training, cash management and managing volunteers.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
• Collaborate with the Shop manager to plan, set, and operate the shop within the annual retail operating budget
Essential requirements:
• Proven experience in managing, supporting and resourcing a team objectives set from ellenor.
• Proven experience in managing and setting budgets
• A good understanding of retail management and the challenges of working within the voluntary sector
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
