IT Helpdesk - IT Operations - FinTech
Our client is one of the country’s fastest growing FinTech and trading software companies and in their central London office, they’re looking to hire a Helpdesk Engineer as part of their 2025 growth.
You’ll have the chance work across a range of tools and technologies with Windows 10, Office 365 (O365), Active Directory (AD), Mac, mobile devices and even Cloud (Azure, AWS).
You’ll provide critical 1st line helpdesk support across the business, a fast-paced environment where IT and technology is at the forefront of everything.
You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in Information Security projects across DevSecOps and Cloud, Cyber and Red Team exercises.
Requirements:
* Experience of IT operations, Helpdesk and/or 1st line support
* Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Mac and general networking
* Any experience of Cloud and/or Cyber Security would be ideal
* Knowledge of mobile devices, MDM and Intune would be ideal
