As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency in day-to-day operations, while supporting decision-making at the highest level.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll be a key enabler for the Senior Leadership Team, providing high-level administrative support and contributing to the overall success of the business. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your contributions will empower our executives to focus on strategic priorities, driving growth and innovation across the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Familiarise yourself with the company’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
2. Develop an understanding of the executives' roles, priorities, and workflows.
3. Build strong relationships with the leadership team, stakeholders, and external partners.
4. Master internal systems, tools, and communication channels to optimise efficiency.
5. Streamline executive schedules by prioritising commitments and resolving conflicts.
6. Create clear and efficient systems for managing communications, including email and meeting preparation.
7. Support strategic projects by conducting research, compiling reports, and tracking deliverables.
8. Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their efficiency.
9. Foster seamless communication within and outside the organisation by managing correspondence and acting as a liaison.
10. Ensure that the leadership team is always prepared with the information and resources needed for critical decisions and meetings.
11. Efficiently manage administrative processes to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the leadership team.
12. Facilitate clear and open communication within the team, supporting transparent and frequent communication across the business.
13. Ensure optimal scheduling, prioritisation, and time management for the team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite and Senior Leadership teams.
* Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant office software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
* Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
