The Opportunity Reporting into our UK-based Global Content Manager, you will support our Global Marketing team with content creation and campaign support. Some responsibilities you can expect include: Creation: Write and edit content for prospective and existing enterprise clients, including blogs, case studies, long form guides and video scripts Campaign Support : Support our Field Marketers with content creation for regional campaigns across EMEA, AMS and APJ Brand Consistency : Work with internal teams and external agencies and freelancers to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice Social Media : Support with social media management and content creation, working alongside our Digital Marketer Strategy : Contribute ideas to the global marketing strategy and play an active role in shaping processes and tactics Distribution : Closely partner with our Digital Marketer to create materials for paid advertising campaigns Collaboration : Work with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and People to meet business goals SEO : Optimise content for search engines to increase organic visibility and drive inbound traffic Is this opportunity for you? To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success: Experience in content writing, preferably in the B2B technology sector Experience working in an agile, scale up organisation Ability to turn complex topics into engaging and digestible content Understanding major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn Exposure to SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools, for example Google Analytics Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in the business Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales and Customer Success Desirable Skills: Knowledge of the SAP space is highly desirable Experience of working with global teams to localise content and campaigns Experience with graphic design software, such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite Please note that applications without a portfolio or examples of work will not be considered.
