Security and Incident Manager Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7) Contract Type: Permanent, salaried Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Security and Incident Manager to join our AWESOME Operations & Experience Team The Security and Incident Manager plays a key part in the day-to-day safe and compliant running of the Resort, overseeing all safety operations, emergency preparedness and response strategies. You will work closely with our onsite Health and Safety team to create and maintain the safest possible environment for our visiting guests and our working employees. As a manager you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a multi-disciplined team who are accountable for 24-hour site security, incident management, evacuations, first aid, and crisis response. As an experienced people manager, you will be well versed in fostering a team culture of engagement, inclusion and training compliance, celebrating success, and managing poor performance in accordance with internal policies. As Security and Incident Manager you will develop and implement detailed plans to respond to emergencies such as evacuations, first aid incidents and major events that could impact guests or staff, with a proactive approach to identifying risk and implementing solutions in accordance with health and safety compliance legislation. As an experienced incident manager, you’ll be comfortable making decisions in high-pressure scenarios, confident to undertake regular emergency protocol reviews and ensure all relevant safety systems are well maintained and compliant.
