Are you an organised individual with a keen eye for detail? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Parts Coordinator to support our manufacturing client based in the North West of Aberdeen. This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong numerical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue quotes to customers promptly and accurately.
* Send order confirmations and generate Purchase Order (PO) numbers efficiently.
* Create labels and despatch information using an ERP system.
* Accurately count and track order content to maintain inventory integrity.
* Sort parts against supplier specifications and organise them for delivery.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
* Maintain up-to-date data records using Excel, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Skills Required:
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing context.
* Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and calculations.
* Strong numerical skills for effective data management.
