To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
1. Organising weekly induction events for new members in the organisation
2. Managing the ongoing Digital Skills orientation programme
3. Overseeing the calendar for the Digital Skills team
4. Communicating and supporting the Digital Skills Matrices
5. Handling invitations and evaluations for all training sessions
6. Maintaining the Digital Skills SharePoint pages
7. Coordinating any company-wide Digital Skills training programmes
8. Managing and updating training records including attendance, absences, and waiting lists
9. Administering and maintaining the firm's Learning Management System
Within this position, you'll also be:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
2. Capable of managing tasks both independently and as part of a team
3. Extensive experience as a training coordinator or training/learning support role
4. Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and self-management abilities
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of documentation
6. Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks efficiently
7. Keen attention to detail
8. Highly self-motivated and proactive
9. Strong commitment to personal growth and self-development
10. Enjoys analysing data
11. Team-oriented with a flexible approach to tasks and activities
12. Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration is beneficial
13. Previous experience in a Learning function within IT or HR is desirable
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £25,000.
Hybrid and flexible working - part-time hours will be considered for this role.
