As part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world, we are currently seeking a Senior Operations Executive to cover Maternity Leave for our business entity Disrupt. As the creative and experiential arm of Acosta Europe, Disrupt run effective customer experience campaigns for brands all over Europe. From music festivals to pop up shops, Disrupt are innovative and ensure that experience is everything. Role Details: - Salary: £30,765 - Hours per week: 37.5 hours - Fixed Term Contract: 12 months Roles and Responsibilities: Project Management: - Ensure all client activities are delivered on time, e.g., updating the staffing managers on outstanding calls/activities for live jobs and keeping the client informed. - Measure activity performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. - Manage relationships with all Disrupt clients, keeping them updated on activities and building briefing documents for client approval. - Attend weekly client-facing meetings and update calls, supporting the Disrupt Account Manager. - Take initial activity briefs from clients, develop proposals, and work with the Account Manager to build the activity. - Ensure Google Docs is updated with all relevant documents for clients and staffing managers. - Manage project administration, including all documentation. Reporting: - Complete all weekly/ad-hoc reports for clients. - Provide campaign evaluations and recommendations for future improvements. DSP Portal: - Set up new DSP reports and campaigns for each new client activity. - Maintain all DSP reports and campaigns. - Upload all staff shifts onto DSP and confirm with staffing managers for staff assignment. - Check all submitted DSP reports from the previous day, ensuring all data fields are correct. Operational: - Ensure all Head Office guides and templates are kept updated. - Create guides for all new internal processes at Acosta Europe. - Identify and provide feedback on process development.
