Mission Details
Engineering Stores general duties:
1. Maintaining the Engineering Stores Email inbox and CMMS stock system
2. Stock management
3. Booking in, out and reordering
4. Putting delivered materials in the allocated areas
5. Stock Taking
6. Order materials as required by Engineering and Operations
7. Raising purchase requisitions on SAP
8. Completing end of month reporting, stock consumption etc. Auto-reports generated.
The candidate must be computer-literate, with Excel knowledge.
Temporary employment period: 6 months, starting ASAP.
Current working hours: 08:00 – 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 15:45 Friday. 1 hour lunch breaks.
