Become a Retail Training Partner As our Retail Talent Development Partner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our retail colleagues across stores, retail management, and retail operations. You’ll use your expertise to identify behavioural and technical training needs, then design impactful learning solutions that align with our business strategy, shared values, and behaviours.Through fostering a learning culture, you’ll empower retail colleagues to grow, thrive, and succeed. Your Mission Coaching Managers to excel in their roles : Developing their management abilities to inspire their teams and foster a true performance culture in line with our behaviours. Driving learning and development initiatives, ensuring training needs are identified and aligned with business goals. Creating and delivering tailored training content that meets the needs of retail colleagues and supports organisational priorities. Providing a warm welcome to new Retail Operations colleagues by ensuring structured inductions are in place. Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to co-create relevant, effective training solutions. Partnering with Retail Operations, to establish a training needs analysis, and coach them with their own leadership capabilities. Partnering with Support Team, including Talent Attraction and People Partnering to support the colleague journey and lifecycle. Inspiring a culture of learning across retail teams, encouraging continuous professional development. Acting on feedback to improve training, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful. Staying ahead of industry trends, introducing best practices in retail learning and development.
