Who we need
Our Apprenticeship Construction team is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Achievement Coach. If you have a passion for supporting further education students and understand the challenges they face, this role is perfect for you!

* Administrative and Progression Support

What you’ll bring:
As an Achievement Coach, you'll be a cornerstone of our learners' pastoral support. You'll work closely with our Compliance Team, monitor attendance, and conduct reviews with employers and apprentices at their workplaces. A full UK driver's license is essential for this role. Proficiency in OneFile is also required. Additionally, you may provide 1-1 targeted support for our vulnerable learners.
