Key Responsibilities: Running end-to-end payroll processes: calculating pay, processing deductions, managing queries. Administering benefits and pension schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Supporting HR operations: updating employee records, managing starters/leavers, processing contract changes. Ensuring all payroll and HR activities meet company policies and current legislation. Acting as a key point of contact for payroll and benefits queries – delivering clear, helpful guidance. Key Requirements: Previous experience in payroll administration and a solid grasp of UK employment legislation. 1st point of contact for payroll queries. Knowledge of benefits and pension administration (desireable) Experience using HR/payroll systems like Sage, ADP, Workday, or similar Well-organised, able to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks with ease.
