With a South American style serving Tacos, Ceviche, Steaks, and Brunch favorites alongside a relaxed cocktail menu focusing on Tequila, Mezcal, and Pisco style drinks.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for fine food and drink and can bring their own flair and passion.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within food production and restaurant management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations.
* Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
* Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to enhance menu items and improve overall dining experience.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships for timely deliveries.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
* Prepare reports on operational performance, including sales, costs, and staffing needs.
Skills
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment.
* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
* Knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations is essential.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is advantageous but not essential.
