Process Leader

Purpose of the role:
As a Process Leader, you will help manage production processes and production staff in order to meet safety, quality, productivity, training, and cost targets set by the company.
You’ll play a key role in the production department helping manage and motivate your production lines in order to meet our customers’ needs to the relevant standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Organising and motivating production staff to meet KPI targets.
* Having responsibility for ensuring new staff are trained and developed appropriately and in a timely manner.
* Achieving agreed quality standards and ensuring products are consistently meeting specifications.
* Offering insight and experience to help with continuous improvement of processes.
* Ensuring KPI data is up to date and reported to management.
* Escalating any issue or potential issues to production management and planners.

* Experience of working within a fast-paced production environment.
* Excellent communication ability alongside strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
* A practical approach to problem solving.
* A reliable team player who is approachable for other members of staff.
Working Hours:
Tuesday - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00
