· EU Account Manager in the Packaging Sector - monthly travels into Europe.
· 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office in Crawley.
· Up to £35,000 per annum plus £7k OTE.

The company you will be working with specialises in various packaging solutions in the Coffee Sector and your role will be managing existing accounts as well as winning new business. You have lots of autonomy with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office with the sales team (8 people in the team).

Key Responsibilities
* You will be generating new business 50% of the time and managing 50% existing accounts. Marketing / Website Leads will support alongside your own self generation. Initially you will look after Existing Accounts the most to get used to the environment and the client base, but you will eventually be expected to generate new business.
* F2F Meetings / Teams Meetings with clients in Europe.
* Managing existing relationships with repeat orders.
Requirements
* Right to Work in the UK.
* Multilingual is preferred - any EU languages.
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in sales / account management.
* A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities and own your account base as your own business.
* Exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work autonomously and travel when needed.
Salary & Benefits Package
* Up to £35,000per annum. OTE £6k to £7k, bonuses paid monthly.
* 20 days plus bank holidays.
* EU Travel / Accommodation expenses fully paid.
