I have a fantastic opportunity for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join one of the UK's leading Children's Residential Learning Disability providers to open and manage a STUNNING Children's Residential setting in Cannock.
The service is an incredibly spacious and bright environment and have been recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard, to provide the very best home for the children & young people. The home is a gorgeous 8 bed service for children with disabilities and complex needs. A full staff team and deputy manager are in post and the home is currently rated "Good" with Ofsted.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Children's Home Registered Manager looking for a new challenge OR a Deputy Manager looking to step up.
Role: Children's Home Registered Manager
Salary: £50,000 plus £3,000 welcome bonus plus up to £5,000 achievable bonus!
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Hours: Full time
Contract Type: Permanent
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD or Learning Disabilities.

Hold OFSTED registration
Manage staff team within the service
Ensure the staff and young people are supported at all times
Ensure the service offers the highest levels of care and support
Ensure the service is safe and efficient
Manage staffing and recruitment
Ensure the service meets OFSTED standardsRequirements:
NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services) in process or complete
NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
Experience working within a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position
