The role is based in our P&G's Northern Retailer Hub in Harrogate, co-located with the sales teams that work with the UK's largest Northern-based retailers. As the Retail Media Manager, you'll be responsible for: - End-to end responsibility for Retailer Media activations including planning, implementation and continuous optimisation based on business objectives in an effort to drive both effectiveness and efficiency. - Manage the relationships with high-level internal and external stakeholders across P&G Brand, Media, Purchasing, Retailers and Retailer Media Networks. - Support external relationships with some of the UK's largest retailers like ASDA and Morrisons, while influencing internally and externally to secure what is needed to win short and long term. - Supporting innovation to remain ahead of the competition, connecting externally to stay in-touch with the latest trends. - Work closely with partners across the business (Media, Analytics & Insights and Martech) to help deliver the tools and capabilities required to win, partnering to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Job Qualifications We would love to hear from you: - Have 5 years of Marketing Experience in CPG within brand or retailer. - Are a strong leader and collaborator who can energise large cross-functional teams and drive effective media owner relationships. - Possess strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, allowing you to assess and recommend opportunities. You may also have experience influencing senior leaders. - Have a creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute impactful marketing campaigns. - Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, enabling you to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders. - You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
