Your main responsibilities will be:\u202F\n⢠You will manage and maintain our CRM system (Zoho) â for data entry, lead management, maintain data quality standards. Supporting the chasing and \nworkflow management process for customers, supporting sales of the company products\n \nResearch, responding to queries, handling initial inbound queries\n⢠Work with your Line Manager as well as the wider team including Account Managers to deliver efficient driver onboarding, order processing and foster a \ncontinuous improvement in our service and adaptability to a businessâs ever\u0002changing needs\n⢠Provide full account management including calendar management, scheduling, and attending customer meetings, distributing actions and compiling \nreports \n⢠Work with wider teams to ensure a smooth user experience \n \n⢠Customer retention and growth\n⢠A customer-centric approach always is essential To excel in this role, youâll have absolute passion for customer service, any previous experience in a Business or Sales Admin/Customer Service role would be an advantage but not necessary\nYouâll have excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with strong attention to detail \nYou should be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and have first-rate problem-solving ability, embracing change and able to adapt quickly. The ability to work \nautonomously as well as being a positive team player is crucial. Youâll need to be comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\n
