What will you do?
* Play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to convey how the technology provided by Synectics can help address the needs of the external organisation.
* Understand the organisational situation, immediate needs and scope potential solutions to help meet those needs, usually (but not always) in relation to information and software systems.
* Demonstrate excellent understanding of the way the client works, the sector it operates in, and the Fraud & Financial Crime challenges they face, as you'll be helping the organisation to further develop its key initiatives.
* Use data-driven insights to provide recommendations on how they could operate to optimise value obtained from the capabilities offered.
* Be accountable for developing a strategic account plan to view short-term, medium-term, and long-term value which is agreed and accepted by your clients.
* Lead significant client interactions on complex propositions with high-value clients such as workshops/product architecture.
* Discover expectations and motivations from the primary stakeholders – essentially discovering the “why” behind the opportunity and relaying this information back within the business.
What will you need?
* Strong commercial awareness with regular calculation of the RoI obtained by those clients in your portfolio.
* Experience of leading and developing a team.
* Effective stakeholder management skills; being able to leverage resources as and when required whilst obtaining optimal performance and desired results.
* Ability to foster a workplace culture that is capable of executing change to meet business objectives.
* A strong understanding of information technology with the attitude to learn and continuously enhance self-understanding.
* Strong leadership qualities not only to lead client initiatives but also internal departments to spread customer-centricity.
* Highly motivated, with a track record of delivering key initiatives internally and externally and having the ability to work on multiple projects within a pressured environment.
* Strong listening skills to encourage both customer and employee-driven solutions and to elicit information through good questioning.
* Experience of engaging, presenting, and influencing at senior levels including public speaking.
* Experience of working to commercial targets contributing towards the financial growth of the organisation.
