You will be working with installer, surveyor rand customer enquiries and supporting from a technical perspective - with full training on all systems provided. The Role: Managing inbound enquiries from ranging from customers, engineers and surveyors. Technical support to installation team. Manufacturer and wholesaler communication - understanding what parts are needed and acquiring them. Training and support into system design. Calculating ECO submission and customer contributions. The Candidate: Proven experience in a customer facing support role, ideally within a technical industry - but not necessary. (Heating, Plumbing etc). Excellent eye for detail and time management skills. IT Literate - with experience in MS Office. Looking to train on technical aspects of energy efficiency systems.
