As a crucial part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse and high-quality dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Executive Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional food quality.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff during peak times, fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment.
* Engage in daily kitchen tasks such as food preparation, storage, and inventory management.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end environment, preferably in a Hotel.
* Passionate about cooking with a desire to grow your knowledge and skills.
* A team player who is adaptable to varying work hours and shift patterns.
