We are currently recruiting to expand our nursing associate workforce and the successful candidates will be supported in their induction and professional development by our dedicated practice education team and our experienced nursing associate team members.
Here at Oldham we provide general paediatric, paediatric surgery, paediatric high dependency and children's observation and assessment nursing opportunities. We have a light, bright bespoke unit and a friendly and welcoming team.
The role of the Nursing Associate is to work with the multi professional teamcontributing to the ongoing assessment, providing and monitoringcare in line with the service pathways and as agreed with supervising clinician(s).They will monitor the condition and health needs of people within their care on acontinual basis in partnership with the multi-professional team.
The Nursing Associate has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan, providingholistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety ofsettings. The Nursing Associate willwork independently with the support of the clinical staff members, working within the sphere of nursing and care and within allaspects of the nursing process.
