SALARY: Starting from £23,350 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits (see below)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Production Planning Administrative Assistant with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills and a good grasp of maths with the ability to understand and make use of data.
Working as the Administrator / Production Planning Administrative Assistant you will support the Production Planning Controller, and the business as a whole, by effectively communicating across departments.
As the Administrator / Production Planning Administrative Assistant you will have a positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude and will be a team player with an ability to respond well to a constantly changing environment.
DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Production Planning Administrative Assistant will include:
1. Calculate print and conversion times for all new work, ensuring times are promptly entered into the master product tables.
2. Load customer demand into the planner ensuring all known work is visible.
3. Act as a point of contact for Internal Account Managers via email, over the phone or in person and to resolve administrative problems where possible.
4. Consult with all internal departments including the subcontract network to enable efficient, timely and accurate project delivery.
5. Maintain a close relationship with the production teams to ensure that they continuously improve and adjust based on feedback.
6. Advise the business of lead times, capacity and utilisation of printing and conversion areas.
7. Create production and despatch orders to satisfy customer demand, ensuring production is levelled and capacity is maintained.
8. Use the Shuttleworth system and Excel spreadsheets alongside one another to maintain up-to-date stock levels ensuring inventory is always available for incoming projects and customer orders.
