Empowering Learning are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join teams at SEND schools across South West London. About the Role: Full-time, long-term position - Monday to Friday, term-time only. Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm Supporting students both academically and emotionally in a small class setting (around 10 students) Working closely with teachers and the wider school team to manage challenging behaviour positively Acting as a positive role model, helping students develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills Strong leadership support and opportunities for career progressionWhat We're Looking For: Patience, resilience, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships Excellent communication and behaviour management skills A kind but firm approach to support students in their learning and personal development Ability to motivate and engage students with SEND Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as importantThis is an incredibly rewarding role, offering the chance to genuinely change the lives of young people who need extra support.
