Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee fire and security system projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Commissioning: Lead the commissioning process for fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems, ensuring all installations meet required standards.
* System Design & Implementation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement bespoke security solutions.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
* Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Documentation: Prepare detailed project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and commissioning certificates.
* Health & Safety: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the fire and security industry, with a focus on project management and commissioning.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in commissioning fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
* Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIA, NSI, BAFE) are advantageous.
* Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential.
