We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our multi-site Charity across the Greater Midlands. This is a generalist role where no two days are the same and you will be part of a welcoming and supportive team. You will provide Business Partner support across our retirement villages around our southern region and at our Head Office in Coventry as well as supporting the organisation with strategic HR projects. Responsibilities of our HR Business Partner (full job description available) Business Partner with designated areas to support strategic people initiatives Act as a senior point of contact and subject matter expert on complex employment cases. Lead organisational transformation and change programmes, including restructuring, redundancies, variation of contracts of employment and TUPE. Support Head of People with project work/initiatives to deliver the People Strategy. Provide advice in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement and employee wellbeing. Influence, coach and mentor line managers in the delivery of best people practices and encourage a culture of line manager responsibility and accountability. Proactively coach and manage the HR Administrator/Recruitment Advisor/HR Advisor teams in the provision of an effective HR service across ExtraCare. Assist in the review of people policies, processes and plans to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
