Employment Taxes - Partnership Tax - Assistant Manager (106353)
Base Location: UK Wide, with occasional visits to Watford

Why Join KPMG as an Employment Taxes -Assistant Manager?
The Partnership Tax team are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager, specialising in overseas employment and expatriate tax compliance. This is a hybrid working role. The individual will be required to demonstrate exceptional tax compliance skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The work will involve working closely with other tax professionals, to deliver an efficient overseas employment tax compliance service.
What will you be doing?
• International employment tax and social security advice to the business
• Liaising with and obtaining advice from other KPMG member firms on local employer
reporting requirements and personal tax compliance.
• Providing clear guidance to business, HR, Reward and other teams and following up.
• Dealing with ad hoc tax compliance projects as and when required.
• Training tax analysts and first review of their analysis
• Assisting with UK employment tax compliance, for example, assisting with the review of
KPMG’s PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA), IR35 etc
What will you need to do it?
• Minimum of 4 years practical employment and expatriate tax experience
• Strong employment tax and/or expatriate tax technical skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• High level of analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and delivering
services
• Strong interpersonal skills in addition to strong oral and written communication skills
• ATT/CTA/ACA qualified (preferred
