This role involves supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students on a long-term basis, with the potential for the position to become permanent.Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Work effectively with Looked After Children (LAC)
* Implement effective behavior management strategies
Requirements:
* Experience working with KS3/4 students
* Strong behavior management skills
* Experience with LAC and SEMH is highly advantageous
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN
