The role focuses on B2B digital advertising across global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising PPC and paid social campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth through strategic digital marketing.\n\nThe role:\n\nPPC & Social Media Advertising\n\nManage B2B PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.\nOptimise for ROI, conversions, and lower CPC.\nConduct keyword research, A/B testing & ad copy optimisation.\nAlign creatives and messaging with campaign goals.Conversion & Performance Tracking\n\nSet up tracking via GA4, Tag Manager & Meta Business Suite.\nAnalyse data, optimise performance & manage budgets.HubSpot & Automation\n\nRun HubSpot campaigns, automate workflows & improve targeting.\nEnhance lead nurturing & conversion tracking.Collaboration & Reporting\n\nAlign with teams, provide reports & stay updated on trendsThe ideal candidate:\n\n2+ years' experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social).\nExpertise in Search & Shopping campaigns and B2B PPC (essential).\nProficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, and PPC reporting tools.\nStrong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance optimisation.\nExperience with HubSpot campaigns, lead tracking, and automation.\nSkilled in ad copywriting, landing page strategy, and budget management.\nData-driven approach to campaign strategy and optimisation.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and marketing planning skills.\nHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.If you have B2B experience in PPC and Paid Social Media ..
