Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking to work towards a Branch Manager role in the future - Bedford/Milton Keynes

With more than 75 locations around the UK and whose business is growing rapidly and delivering consistent year on year growth, we are working with our client to source a skilled 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant who wishes to work towards their first Branch Manager role in the future.to secure Industrial, Engineering, Commercial, Manufacturing, temp and perm A- Z Business to build upon my clients already successful, flagship Bedford branch.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in businesss development in the recruitment industry within temps and want to work towards a Branch Manager role in the future and open a branch in the Milton Keynes region and build a team around them.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships, negotiating contracts and closing deals and developing the Bedford and Milton Keynes area.
Please note to be successful in this role you will need to be a proven billing 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant.
Responsibilities
* Identify potential clients within the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client s business needs
* Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Liaise with the Branch Manager, other Branches and your team in order to create contract-winning proposals and products for prospective clients
* Negotiate contract terms with clients
* Become a subject matter expert on their business services, processes and operations and remain up-to-date on industry news
* Manage and run your own area and desk where you will have full autonomy
* Have the hunger and ambition to still chase and win new accounts/business as well as Account Managing exisiting business
Qualifications and Skills
* Demonstrated achievement in recruitment sales with a high street recruitment agency- temps
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Advanced understanding of either the industrial, Manufacturing, Blue Collar, Commercial, Logistics, Construction or your specialist sector where you have had success within the recruitment market, a subject matter expert
* Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
