We currently have vacancies within our sales team for an experienced Retail Assistant for a full time position, working a 40 hour, 5 day week, including weekends in the Birmingham/Erdington store. The rate of pay is subject to experience. Previous sales experience is required. As a Retail Assistant at Borshch you will be the first point of contact that customers have with the Company. It is essential to create a good impression. We use a computerised sales system which means you will need to be computer literate. Some of your daily duties will include but not be limited to: The Retail Assistant will greet customers who enter the shop, making them feel welcome without being pushy and offering a great customer experience by giving guidance and advice on product selection to find the correct goods and products they are looking for. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments Answering queries from customers via phone, internet or face to face. Ensuring all goods have a correct retail price.
