Create engaging content that reflects brand messaging and resonates with audiences. Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent scheduling across platforms. Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Work with Customer Care to ensure efficient handling of customer queries. Track and analyse key social media metrics to measure performance and optimise strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams on influencer campaigns and paid social media initiatives. Stay updated on emerging social media trends and integrate them into strategies. Monitor online conversations to manage brand reputation and escalate concerns as needed. Work cross-functionally to align content, campaigns, and overall brand strategy.
