* We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Model Risk Analyst to join our team, responsible for monitoring credit risk models in Retail and Business portfolios.

* The ideal candidate will have strong experience with IFRS 9, IRB, and stress testing model monitoring, as well as excellent knowledge of Credit Risk.

* You'll be working closely with the Credit Risk modelling, finance, and business teams to ensure ongoing compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
">
">
1. Monitoring credit risk models for Retail and Business portfolios, ensuring ongoing maintenance and compliance with bank standards and regulatory requirements.
">
2. Managing large datasets for monitoring purposes, including data handling and identifying issues/root causes.
">
3. Focusing on continuous improvement by identifying and addressing performance issues in existing models.
">
4. Producing high-quality monitoring reports and recommendation papers for governance committees.
">
5. Conducting regular performance monitoring of models to ensure they remain robust and fit for purpose.

Requirements
">
">
* Demonstrable strong model monitoring experience, including some model development and/or validation in IFRS 9, IRB, and stress testing.
">
* Excellent knowledge of IFRS 9, IRB, and stress testing model monitoring in IFRS 9 and IRB environment across a range of Retail / Business credit portfolios.
">
* Strong communication skills to effectively communicate complex methodologies and processes to colleagues with varying levels of subject matter expertise.
">
* Aptitude to actively promote teamwork, collaboration, and respect for others.
">
* Evident capability to build strong networks and relationships with internal and external parties.
