The role would suit applicants from ANY office management, PA, EA or senior administration background. Candidates must be highly organised and be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages. The role requires a commercial acumen and a strong attention to detail.
Reporting to the Director, the role has been created to assist with her day-to-day activities. The role will be varied and will include all aspects of general office administration/management. The role will have a large amount of data analysis on a day-to-day basis, you will collate information for business tenders, reporting, quotations and timesheets.
