The Role We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students with SEMH needs in their academic, social, and emotional development. Work closely with teachers and clinical staff to deliver tailored learning plans. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them manage their emotions and behaviour. Assist students in achieving core qualifications (SATs/GCSEs) and exploring vocational studies such as beauty, catering, and life skills. Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where students feel valued and supported. About You You are a dedicated individual with a passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs. You should: Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH or SEND. Be patient, empathetic, and resilient in challenging situations.
